Omniva Parcel Machines delivery fee in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is fixed, while to other countries starting from (€ incl. VAT)

If an available item is ordered in the first half of the day, the order will be sent on the same day, at the latest the next day. If an available item is ordered in the second half of the day, the order will be sent during the next day. 

For orders made to order, the delivery time is agreed separately. 

If the delivery for some reason will be delayed by more than 3 days, the buyer will be notified separately to the e-mail specified in the order.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia 20.05.2014. According to the regulations No. 255 “Regulations on distance contracts”, you have the right to return the product purchased in the online store within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Depending on the situation, you have the right to a refund or replacement of the product.

When returning the product, the product and its packaging must not be damaged or the product must be used. The product exchange or refund will be made after receiving and evaluating the product. 

If the product is damaged as a result of transportation, please notify us immediately after opening the package, attaching photos to the letter and we will help resolve the situation.

Return via Omniva or the parcel machine through which the delivery was made.

The product can be returned using the Omniva return service.

To return the product, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the product return form on the platform atgriesana.omniva.lv.

2. After filling out the form, a return code for the shipment will be sent to your phone and/or e-mail.

Go to the nearest Omniva parcel machine, select “Send a parcel” -> “Shipment with a pre-prepared address card” on the screen, -> enter the parcel return code and follow the further instructions on the screen.

Please note that returning the item via a parcel machine is possible if the package size of the parcel does not exceed 38 x 64 x 39cm and its maximum weight does not exceed 30kg.
