Lorem ipsum headerum

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store is obliged to specify the terms of delivery and return of the goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Regulation of the Ministry of Justice).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who has placed an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the ordered goods. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment instruments built into the online application or by paying an invoice corresponding to the order, prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 20 days from the date of receipt of payment for the goods, agreeing on the delivery date with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the Buyer a form of the letter of refusal of the contract by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days from the date of sending the letter of refusal. All costs associated with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

the ordered goods are not subject to return due to their nature, or they are perishable or quickly consumed;

the ordered goods are made especially for the Buyer on an individual order;

the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording or a computer program.

Part 6 of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in the event of damage to the goods, careless handling of the goods during use or failure to comply with the instructions, loss of the original packaging of the goods or its significant damage.
